Throughout her career, Shawna has worked alongside business owners, entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and growing organizations. She noticed something they all had in common: most people don't struggle because they lack talent. They struggle because they're expected to wear every hat.
One day they're serving customers. The next they're trying to understand marketing, finances, business planning, operations, grants, technology, hiring, branding, websites, and long-term growth. That responsibility can quickly become overwhelming.
